Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas, with free shipping on all orders.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 10 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days
• Remote areas: up to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location. 

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is collected by the courier, so you can follow its journey from dispatch to arrival.

Delivery Details

Deliveries are made to the ground floor or building entrance.

We recommend being available to receive your delivery or making appropriate arrangements in advance. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave the order in a safe place at their discretion. 

Once an order has been delivered to the nominated address, Solum Studio Pty Ltd is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

For apartment buildings, delivery to your door depends on access. If entry is restricted or there is no safe place to leave the rug, you may be asked to meet the courier at the building entrance.

For safety and handling reasons, couriers are not able to enter private residences or carry rugs up more than three flights of stairs.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@solumstudio.com.au.

We’ll do our best to make changes before your order is dispatched.
